Geelong’s best rock event is happening on the Labour Day long weekend at the Geelong Showgrounds. Celebrating 20 years of the Blues Train brought a great reason to hold the Motor City Music Festival over three big days!
Get ready to let your hair down and groove away to some of the greatest rock and roll music all weekend long.
Friday Night – 18+ event which kicks off at 6.30pm. The main stage is starting off the festival with a bang and having ROCK night, which includes artists such as Chocolate Starfish, Nick Barker and the Heartache State, The Diehard Dolls, Raw Brit and Palace of the King! Plus many more artists on the four other stages!
Saturday – 18+ event rocks on from 12.15pm at all five stages! The Main stage holds a tribute day where you can here some covers of your favourite Rock & Roll legends! From the likes of ACDC, Queen, Guns n Roses and many more you will be set for a great night on the dance floor.
Sunday – From 10.30am Family Day wraps up a great festival, where the kids can come along and head to the kids zone! Bring along some deck chairs and a picnic and set up your spot for the day while you bop along to Daryl Braithwaite, Boom Crash Opera, The Chantoozies and dozens more!
On top of some fantastic great live music across , there will be delicicous food stalls, bars to chill out in and for the thrill seekers plenty of rides! There is plenty for everybody to enjoyh all weekend long.
